Adam Lund, a Vice President of Capital Bank, was sworn in as Chairman of the board for the North Channel Area Chamber of Commerce Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the 40th Annual Awards Gala. Harris County Precinct 2 Constable Chris Diaz performed the ceremony. Additionally, other officers and directors took the oath that evening pledging to “promote business growth and quality of life in the North Channel Area.”
Lund works as a Commercial Lender at Capital Bank. He has been with them since April of 2015. He previsouly worked at Woodforest National Bank as a Commercial Lender and also as a Branch Manager.
Lund grew up in Spring and attended Klein Oaks High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2006 and his Master of Business Administration in 2012, both from Texas Tech University.
Lund is very active in the North Channel community. He is President Elect for the North Shore Rotary Club and is this year’s Fish Fry Chairman.
He is happily married to his wife, Beth, and they have two sons, Cooper and Davis. Lund and his wife are expecting twin girls this April.
